CDD Meetings

The Board of Supervisors of the Oakstead Community Development District has scheduled the remaining meetings for fiscal year 2010 at 2:30 p.m., with the exception the June 15, 2010 and August 17, 2010 meetings which will commence at 6:30 p.m., in the Oakstead Clubhouse, 3038 Oakstead Boulevard, Land O’ Lakes, Florida on the third Tuesday of each month as follows:

August 17, 2010 at 6:30 pm
September 21, 2010 at 2:30 pm

In addition to the regular meetings, the District will conduct a workshop in the Oakstead Clubhouse, 3038 Oakstead Boulevard, Land O’ Lakes, Florida at 9:30 a.m. on the following dates:

August 10, 2010 at 9:30 am
September 14, 2010 at 9:30 am

Meeting The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.

Meetings may be continued to a date and time certain which will be announced at the meeting.

Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at 954-753-5841, at least three calendar days prior to the meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
