CDD Meetings

The Board of Supervisors of the Oakstead Community Development District will hold their regular monthly meetings at the Oakstead Clubhouse, located at 3038 Oakstead Boulevard, Land O’ Lakes, Florida 34638 on the third Tuesday of each month as follows:

In addition to the regular meetings listed above, the District will conduct a workshop in the Oakstead Clubhouse, 3038 Oakstead Boulevard, Land O’ Lakes, Florida at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the following months:

October 9, 2007
November 13, 2007
March 11, 2008
May 28, 2008 (Wednesday)
July 8, 2008
September 9, 2008

Meeting Meetings may be continued to a date and time certain which will be announced at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at 954-753-5841, at least three calendar days prior to the meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
